The Owls opened their 2026 lacrosse season with a commanding 12-2 region victory over CBHS yesterday. From the opening faceoff, MUS controlled the pace with balanced scoring and tight defense.

Senior Sanford Owen led the attack with a hat-trick, while seniors William Fruechtenicht and Dallas Keras each added two goals. Senior Feild Owen, and juniors Henry Cannon and Alex Wunderlich each found the back of the net. Junior goalie Joel Hobson was outstanding in net, allowing just one goal to help secure the win.

The victory gives MUS a strong start to the season as they look to carry momentum through region play.
