Under the leadership of Coach Suddarth, the Owls competed against a challenging schedule and continued to improve throughout the 2025-26 season. MUS opened the year with a 21-6 victory over Houston before navigating a competitive slate that included CBHS, Bartlett, Harding Academy, and Briarcrest.

The Owls' strongest stretch came in the middle of the season, when they posted dominant back-to-back victories over Harding Academy (24-3) and Briarcrest (22-5). MUS also completed a season sweep of Briarcrest and finished the year by winning three of its final four contests, highlighted by a victory over CBHS.

The season showcased the team's resilience and steady growth, as the Owls responded to challenges with multiple decisive wins and strong stretches of play throughout the year.

While MUS fell short of qualifying for the state tournament, the Owls gained valuable experience across a demanding schedule and closed the season with momentum and continued development for the future.
