Recent graduate Carter Wildrick has been named one of Tennessee's 2025–2026 "Most Positive" Athletes by the Positive Athlete organization.
For the first time in its history, Positive Athlete Tennessee recognized 10 individuals across the state as the year's "Most Positive" honorees, including student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and athletic departments. The award celebrates individuals who exemplify leadership, character, service, and positivity both on and off the field.
Wildrick was selected for consistently demonstrating the qualities at the core of the Positive Athlete mission.

Positive Athlete is a national organization dedicated to promoting positivity in youth sports through awards, scholarships, career-readiness programming, and leadership opportunities. Active in all 50 states, the organization recognizes high school athletes who make a meaningful impact within their schools, teams, and communities.
More than 15,000 nominations were submitted nationally this year from coaches, principals, athletic directors, teachers, and parents representing over 6,000 schools across the country.
Since its founding in 2013 by Scott Pederson, Positive Athlete has recognized thousands of student-athletes nationwide and awarded more than $825,000 in scholarships and special opportunities.
Wildrick's recognition adds to a strong year of accomplishments for MUS student-athletes both in competition and in the community.
