The cross country team continued its campaign at Shelby Farms in the MYA HS Meet #3, finishing 9th out of 12 teams in a competitive field. Several strong individual performances highlighted the evening for the Owls.
Freshman Fitz Wilson led the way for MUS, breaking the 20-minute barrier at 19:44. He was followed by junior Webb Canale III, who crossed at 20:53, and sophomore Kemmons Wilson IV, who ran 21:06 to round out the team's top three finishers. Junior Krish Agrawal (22:03) and sophomore Nat Harris IV (22:13)Â provided key scoring depth, keeping the Owls competitive in the middle of the pack. Senior Joshua Gramm capped the varsity effort, clocking 24:17 and contributing valuable leadership and consistency.
The race marked another step forward for the Owls as younger runners continued to gain experience and confidence against area competition. With athletes steadily lowering their times and the scoring group showing greater consistency, MUS left Shelby Farms with both progress made and motivation for the weeks ahead.
