MUS finished Day 1 of the 2025 Baylor Preview in 8th place, out of 14 teams, with a team total of 315.
The Owls were led by junior
Drew Knighton, who posted a steady 75 (+3) to sit just outside the top 15 individually. Freshman
Harris Laughlin followed closely with a 76, showing consistency throughout his round. Sophomore
Cobb Whipple added a 79, and freshman
Jack Faber rounded out the team scoring with an 85. Facing a strong field and challenging course conditions, MUS remains within striking distance heading into the final round and will look to climb the leaderboard with a solid Day 2 performance.
