The wrestling team traveled to Nashville on Saturday to compete in the Ray Dalton Invitational at Brentwood Academy. Wrestling against a strong field of 28 teams, the Owls battled throughout the day and finished 17th overall.

Senior Trey McDonald III (144) highlighted the tournament for MUS, fighting through a competitive bracket to earn a 4th-place finish, marking the team's lone podium result of the event.

The Owls also saw strong individual performances across the lineup, including senior Cody Pratt, who picked up three wins on the day, showcasing consistency and resilience against tough competition.

The Ray Dalton Invitational provided valuable experience for MUS as the team continues to develop during the early portion of the season.
