The wrestling team competed in the Charger Challenge this past Saturday in Oxford, turning in a strong performance against a competitive tournament field. The Owls finished 8th overall out of 17 teams, highlighted by multiple podium finishes across several weight classes.

Leading the way for MUS was senior Cody Pratt (132), who delivered an outstanding day on the mat to win his weight class. Senior Joseph Weiss (138) followed with an impressive run to a 2nd-place finish, while senior Trey McDonald III (150) and junior Glenn Williams Jr. (285) each battled through tough brackets to earn 4th-place finishes.

The Charger Challenge provided another valuable test for the Owls as they continue to gain momentum and experience during the early portion of the season.
